We provide an extensive range of packaging design services, encompassing options like gift box, carton box, rating label, instruction manual (available exclusively in English), and bespoke logo design, all expertly handled by our in-house graphic designer. Regarding payment, we accept both T/T and LC at sight. For transactions via T/T, we require a 30% deposit upfront, with the remaining balance due following a successful inspection and prior to shipment. This approach ensures both security and satisfaction for all parties involved.

Upon receipt of your inquiry, we will promptly prepare test samples according to the specified model. Typically, we charge a nominal fee for these samples, which we happily refund upon confirmation of your order. If the requested color is available in our inventory, we can expedite delivery within 1-2 days. For special color requests, the process may extend slightly, taking approximately 5-7 days to fulfill.

Understanding the occasional need for repairs, we supply a set of commonly needed spare parts at no extra cost. These are included with the container shipments for convenient local replacement.

In the rare event of significant damage not resulting from misuse, we request supporting evidence such as videos, photographs, and detailed descriptions to verify the issue. Once validated, we’ll proceed to replace a calculated number of finished products based on the extent of the damage. This policy ensures that our customers are fully supported and satisfied with their purchases.
