1,Color Customization:
We offer two types of color customization: injection color and spray color. For injection color, we strive to match your desired color as closely as possible based on the Pantone color number you provide. With spray color, we aim to achieve a 95% close match to your specified Pantone color.
2,Logo Customization:
We provide various customization methods for logo placement on our products. Silk screen printing allows us to create a beautiful product logo based on your color, size, and location preferences. Metal logo customization involves a separate mold, usually in black, and has size restrictions. Metal iron logo customization does not have a separate logo but resembles a self-adhesive label that can be placed on the product, typically in vibrant colors.
3,Packaging Customization:
Our standard packaging includes a color box, outer box, Rating Label, and single-language manual. The color box features a 5-layer structure with CMYK four-color printing and an overlaid film. The outer box consists of a 5-layer structure with black printing on kraft paper. The instruction manual is printed on 80g coated paper in a single language with black and white ink. The nameplate features black printing on a silver background. We also accept additional custom packaging requests, such as language printing on PE bags, multi-language instruction booklet printing (color or black and white), recipe printing (color), and other required stickers.
4,Additional Certification Customization:
To meet different market requirements, we offer customization for additional certifications. Our factory can provide certifications such as CE, CB, GS, EMC, LFGB, ROHS, REACH, ETL, and more (ETL for specific products). We ensure that our products meet the necessary certifications based on the specific demands of different markets.
